Situation
Located in the heart of the Sahara, in northern Mali, the Taoudeni basin encompasses the territory comprising the 2 concessions for which PetroPlus Overseas signed contracts with the Government of Mali. These contracts, which relate to operating blocks 1A and 1B, are adjacent to block 4, which has been extensively studied by the ENI group.

It is a risky exploration project and requires carrying out feasibility studies in the field and on the technical data available before the drilling of an exploratory well within a period of four years. The prevailing security conditions caused the interruption of the work process in Mali, which will resume as soon as the situation permits.
